Thank you for shopping at Cooked Gaskett! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines our processes for shipping orders and handling returns and exchanges.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

1. Shipping Information

Shipping Locations

We currently offer standard rate shipping within Australia and New Zealand only. We are only able to offer express shipping within Australia at this time.

We offer international shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Costa Rica & Mexico.

If you are located outside of our primary shipping area, please contact us at cookedgaskett@gmail.com for more information on shipping options.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes up to 5 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method, and we will provide estimated delivery times based on the option chosen. Shipping methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your items, and the shipping method chosen. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Local orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping (see terms for your location).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available). You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care to ensure your items are safely delivered, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If the package is insured, we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy to make the process easy for you.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The item(s) must not be final sale or non-returnable, as specified on the product page.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. swimwear)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at cookedgaskett@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions to return your package.

3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item(s) securely, including all tags and labels. Be sure to include your order details inside the package.

4. Ship the Return: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the products and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • If you used a promotional discount or gift card during your purchase, any refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) once we receive the original item back in its unused, unworn condition.

3. Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These typically include:

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g. swimwear)

  • - Custom or personalized items

Please carefully review the product details before completing your purchase to ensure the item is eligible for return.

4. Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at cookedgaskett@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed or shipped.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number for a faster resolution.
